A crisis is an opportunity for change
Perhaps it means that you have tolerated a certain situation for too long and can no longer bear it. Perhaps you feel it's time for a new start and want to become your best self.
Maybe you would just like to talk to understand better why you feel anxious, sad, or angry. Or why certain situations are or are not happening to you.
Or perhaps you would just like to talk...
Our psyche is a collector of life experiences. Sometimes it reacts in a way that was useful in the past, but no longer useful here and now. It may be difficult to identify these patterns and change them on your own.
Welcome to the adventure of psychotherapy
Helping clients update their inner psychological map is my passion. I would like to offer you my knowledge and many years of experience in helping clients and self-development.When you rebuild what is inside of you, the reality outside of you will start to change.
It is up to you how deep, for how long and at what pace you want to work. Usually, after three months you will notice the significant changes.
What can I help you with?
I specialize in the following areas of counselling. If you are not sure what is happening to you or whether psychotherapy is for you, come for a consultation and experience what it is all about.
Crisis, difficult situation
Most people at some point in their lives experience a psychological crisis. Changes in life may cause a loss of inner balance and difficulty in accessing the inner resources needed to cope.
Stress, tension, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, phobias, burnout
You struggle with feelings of fear, anxiety, insecurity or you experience strong self-criticism, which makes it difficult for you to function. You withdraw and you do not perform to your full potential.
Sadness, depression, mood swings, mourning
You feel unbearable sadness, apathy, lack of motivation, heaviness and experience excessive sleep, which prevents you from taking action and reaching your full potential.
Difficulties in relationships
You experience recurring patterns in your relationships. You may find it difficult to build a lasting close relationship, or you are trapped in a toxic relationship. You would like to deal with your relationships in a more conscious way.
Difficulties in the family
You experience conflicts, illnesses, difficult or tense relationships in your family. One of your family members has symptoms. You would like to transform the way you are parenting. You are an adult who has difficulty separating from your family of origin.
Eating disorders, body illness and pain, trauma
Focusing on food has taken up a lot of space in your life. Your body is signalling a problem. Psychological work may have a profound impact on the body and may support healing and recovery.
Self development, assertiveness,
change, femininity
Psychotherapy is not only about working with difficulties or problems. Sometimes it's more about accessing your talents and unleashing your full potential.
